Shaving, cutting, trimming, or generally shortening hair does not effect its growth as was proven by numerous studies, some going as far back as the 1920's. The growth of hair and fur alike are controlled by follicles just underneath the skin, and they are not effected by shaving. Only the outer part of hair, which is already dead, is getting cut, and the follicles beneath are completely unaffected by the process. If that lady brought out her dog and it had mangled or mangy fur because it was shaved and it "didn't grow back", the dog probably had a skin disease that prevented fur growth, it may have been malnourished, or it was done recently and the dog didn't have time to grow its fur back in. So, yeah, you can shave Yuki and it would be fine.

Bartender is heavy with the booze, light on the everything that dilutes the booze. And it's cheap. I like it. Also, I'm scheming (it took me four tries in my drunken state to type 'scheming' properly) by building a repertoire with the guy. I order my drinks, I give him the bulk of my change back as a tip. Now he knows me and who knows, maybe he might 'forgive' a few bills I might forget to pay whilst inebriated (I'm not telling you how many times I misspelled inebriated).
